What is DiSC®?

DiSC® (with the small 'i') is the Inscape Publishing version of the four quadrant model that describes the behaviors and emotions of normal people, based on the original research and writings of William Moulton Marston.

It has been well validated, and is highly reliable.

In the past few years, Inscape Publishing have invested substantial effort and resources to make DiSC® even more accessible and easy to use for new and experienced users. These efforts have resulted in the development, amongst other things, of DiSC Classic 2.0, - the enhanced online version of DiSC Classic (formerly the Personal Profile System), which is now more widely used than the paper version - as well as training programs such as The Everything DiSC® Facilitation System and idXready™.
